Exhibit A to Agreement No. YGT-IC-2026-001

COPYRIGHT AND WORK PRODUCT ASSIGNMENT

This Copyright and Work Product Assignment (“Assignment”) is entered into as of June 19, 2026, between YGT Labs AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), and Eyüp Enes Vural (“Developer”), in connection with the Independent Contractor Services Agreement between the parties (the “Agreement”).

1. Independent Contractor Status

Developer is an independent contractor, not an employee of Company.

2. Work Product

“Work Product” means all code, software, documentation, designs, configurations, databases, scripts, and other deliverables created by Developer for Company under the Agreement, excluding only (a) pre-existing materials listed in Exhibit B (if any), and (b) Developer’s Original Products as defined in Exhibit 2 of the Agreement.

3. Assignment (Primary)

Developer hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to Company all right, title, and interest worldwide in and to the Work Product, including all copyrights, mask work rights, and renewals and extensions thereof, and all rights to sue for past, present, and future infringement. This assignment is made pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 204.

4. Work Made for Hire (Secondary; If Applicable)

Company and Developer intend that, to the extent permitted by 17 U.S.C. §§ 101 and 201(b), Work Product shall be deemed a work made for hire and Company shall be the author and initial owner. Developer acknowledges that custom computer software created by an independent contractor may not qualify as a statutory work made for hire. If any Work Product does not so qualify, Section 3 applies in full.

5. Moral Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer waives and agrees not to assert any moral rights or similar rights in the Work Product.

6. Further Assurances

Developer will execute documents and take actions reasonably requested to perfect Company’s ownership, including U.S. Copyright Office registration.

7. Pre-existing Materials

Developer retains ownership of pre-existing materials disclosed in writing. Developer grants Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such materials as embedded in Deliverables.

8. Representations

Developer represents that Developer is the sole author of assigned Work Product (except as disclosed) and has authority to make this assignment.

9. Governing Law

This Assignment is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal copyright law, without prejudice to mandatory Turkish law under the Agreement (including FSEK Art. 52).
